This is a very rare bottling when in the 1992 vintage, Dirk Niepoort was able to negotiate to bottle a vintage port from the land of Quinta do Passadouro. Bought from a private collector, we only have a two bottles. The 1992 is elegant – good depth, smooth tannins, both primary and secondary fruit flavours where the fruit was changing to ripe plums and candied figs.
